Miso Mushroom pickles
Chanterelle Kimchi Pickle, This pickle is nice and spicy.
In your kit, I will include both the fresh and dried mushroom you will need for the workshop as well as the Miso and a couple of the other specialty ingredients.
I can also mail out kits with the dried mushrooms you will need as Chanterelles are hard to find locally at this time of year.
