Wine Cap Cheese Muffins

Low Carb Almond flour cheese muffins with wine cap mushroom mixed in. 

Now you can really impress all your friends. Using the Wine Caps from your garden. 



3 eggs 

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 

1/4 teaspoons cayenne

1/2 teaspoon Italian spice 

1 cup fine almond flour 

1/2 teaspoon baking soda 

1.5 cups shredded cheese  sharp cheddar cheese 

1/2 grated Parmesan 

1 cup Wine Cap mushroom chopped small. 



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 8 muffin cups with paper liners andspray liners. 

2. In large bowl, Whisk together the eggs, salt, galic powder, Cayenne andchopped Wine Cap mushroom. 


3. Usn a rubber spatula in the almond flour, then the baking soda, and finally the cheese. Batter will be thick and dough like, You can actually work it in yur hands. 

4.Divide the batter evenly between all muffin cups. 

5.  Bake Until golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, Abouut22 to 25 mins.

6. Cool and
